What is Appropriate Dispute Resolution?
Appropriate Dispute Resolution includes a variety of process that individuals may use to resolve the disputes that they are involved in. Each process differs based on the degree to which the individuals involved control the outcome and by the rules that govern each process. At the Center for Resolution and Justice, we offer several processes for those who wish to avoid the court system as a way to resolve their disputes. We believe that when the individuals involved in a dispute have more control over the outcome, the result is a higher rate of compliance, increased satisfaction, and in most cases, lower cost!
