Uganda is a fairly conservative place and a good general rule is to cover your knees and shoulders. Bring some nicer clothes for visits to government offices (a skirt/long trousers). The CDC recommends long sleeves and long pants to avoid bug bites. Otherwise, dress for comfort and pack lightly.
