First, the draconian stance. RPGnet reserves the right to cancel any ad campaign or ad banner which they feel is inappropriate or improper or for any other reason. If the ad space was purchased, naturally a refund will be issued. In practice, we expect that some people may book space, not realizing that RPGnet is a pen-and-paper RPG site. In order to ensure things like bondage ads or ‘sex roleplaying’ aren’t mis-targeted, the site operator would likely pull the ad and inform the client of RPGnet’s nature, saving everyone time, trouble and money.
