APA is the acronym for the American Psychological Association. They have just published the 5th edition of their Publications manual. This manual is quite extensive and costs about $35 if you purchase it. However, there are numerous WWW sites that have abridged instructions for using APA style. For this course you need to make sure that your citations and references are in the proper format. The best site that I have found with abridged APA format instructions is at Purdue University.
