What is AOL UKs refund policy?
AOL UK products can be selected as downloadable content from our online store. We are unable to accept returns on content downloads. Should you be unable to download the content, select content that is incompatible with your phone, lack sufficient credit to download it, or have a problem with your internet service, you will not be refunded. We reserve the right to replace your purchase with another content item in exchange. If for any reason you do not receive the content or find yourself unable to install it because of a technical problem, we offer you three further opportunities to re-download the content to the same handset and mobile number. One purchase entitles you to three additional downloads of the content to one phone number and on one phone model only. If you delete or otherwise remove the content from your phone after your three additional downloads, you will have to buy it again.
