Dear Friend, An AntiVirus Program is a program that enables you to find and delete viruses. Some antivirus programs allows you to restore the deleted viruses again to your computer. If you are familiar with the term “Virus” then you can easily understand the meaning of my answer. In simple words, the antivirus program works only to find and delete the viruses found on to your system. The antivirus program uses Virus Definitions so as to retrieve important information about the latest versions of viruses, malwares, etc.Therefore, it is always recommended everybody to keep their antivirus program up-to-date. On a single computer, you must install only one antivirus program. The examples of antivirus programs are- Kaspersky Internet Security, AVG Antivirus, Avast Antivirus, Quick Heal Total Security, etc. You can download and install any antivirus program you wish and trust.
