WHAT IS ANIME LANES CANCELLATION POLICY?
If for some reason you need to cancel your membership, you can close your account by sending an email with your cancellation request at least 7 business days before your next billing anniversary date to accounts@animelane.com. Your billing anniversary date is listed under “My Account” section as the account creation date. You will have until your next billing anniversary date to send your outstanding rentals back to us. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial monthly subscription periods. If your discs are not received by the next billing anniversary date, you will be billed for the suggested retail replacement costs of the unreturned DVDs. No additional DVDs will be shipped out to you once you submitted a cancellation request.
