An Up pipe is the pipe that leads from the exhaust header collector up to the turbocharger. A down pipe leads from the exhaust side of the turbocharger down to meet the midpipe of the exhaust. The Midpipe is the center pipe leading from the catalytic convertor or downpipe to the exhaust cannister.
