You will be participating in a legal proceeding where testimony is taken under oath by an administrative law judge. The proceeding is open to the public that is conducted to resolve issues about: • whether an employee is eligible to receive unemployment benefits • whether an employer’s unemployment insurance account will be charged for benefits.
