What is an Uncontested Agreed Divorce?
A wife and husband who can agree that they will divorce and who can agree on the basic terms of the divorce can save themselves a significant amount of attorney’s fees and can reduce the time, stresses, and uncertainty of a Contested Divorce or a High Conflict Divorce. Best of all, they get to make the decisions, instead of letting a judge (or a judge and jury) make the decisions.
