What is an SP-9 Final Inspection Certification Form and when does it have to be submitted?
The SP-9 Form is a certification that the construction project is complete or substantially complete to the point that a temporary or permanent ‘Certificate of Occupancy’ can be issued and must be accompanied with the building inspector or record’s final inspection or inspection for temporary occupancy and the Fire Marshal’s ‘Certificate of Fire Clearance’.
