An SF-86 is the form candidates fill out that is evaluated by a Securities Facility Officer and Government Background Investigators to determine if a candidate is eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance.

Is it possible through any of the DoD organizations to get a copy of my previous personnel security investigation request (the SF-86) and/or copies of the adjudication determination?
