RV Park Models are classified as recreational vehicles and are primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreation, camping or seasonal use. They are built in a factory-controlled environment on a single chassis, mounted on wheels, and have a gross trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet excluding any porches or lofts. Each Park Model is certified by the RPTIA member manufacturer as complying with ANSI A119.5 building codes. The Park Model Cottages and Cabins that we offer are 12’ wide.
