RMA stands for RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. In order to process a return, you must request an RMA from our website by simply clicking on the RMA request link. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time lowerpriceusa.com must receive the returned products.
