What is an RA, and what will my relationship be like with them?
An RA, or Resident Assistant, is part of the 200-member Residence Life staff at the University. Normally, there is one RA assigned to live on each floor. They are usually upperclass undergraduate students. RAs solve problems, plan social and informational programs, and enforce policies designed to protect your rights and the rights of other residents.
