What is an R.A. (Residential Advisor)?

Each floor in the Campus Village has a student in charge called the Residential Advisor or R.A. You should go to your R.A. if you have a problem with your apartment, or if you have a problem with your roommates. For example, if the heat in your apartment does not work, or if you have difficulty living with one of the other students, your R.A. is the person to go to first. If you do not know who your R.A. is, go to the Courtesy Desk and ask them. Remember the R.A. is there to help you, so be sure to know your R.A.
