Operator are site staff. Their job is to enforce the rules and help users with their site-related problems. They can kick, ban, or delete user accounts as they see fit. They are also knowledgeable people who can answer site questions. Anyone who is on the staff page with an Account Status saying “Chat Moderator” is an Operator. They also have this “@” before their screen names while in the chat. Here is an example: Note: Not all Chat Moderators are active all the time. If you see a problem in the chat, and you want to report it to a mod, you can seek out an active Forum/Media Moderator because they usually have a Chat ability.
