What is an Open Ended question?
Open ended questions do not require a multiple-choice answer. For example: Describe any work experience relevant to this position. After selecting the answer type of Open Ended, select one of the answer-type choices from the right side of the screen. You can limit the length of a candidates response to less than 50 characters by selecting Short Text. Otherwise, select Long Text for more than 50 characters. If a phone number or a date is the required response, select the Phone or Date options. Then click the SUBMIT QUESTION button at the bottom of the screen to continue.
