What is an OLE or eOLE error?
If you are getting any OLE or eOLE errors follow these steps: • Be sure the JukeCD or JukeCDPro program is not running. • Open Windows Explorer and go to the C:\Windows\System folder and delete the following files: CDDBControl.dll CDDBUI.dll • Reinstall JukeCD or JukeCDPro – no data will be lost and you will not need to enter your license code again. Additional information: OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) errors have to do with Microsoft’s ability for one program to share documents with other programs. We do not use any OLE commands in our software, but the CDDB files incorporated into our software do.
