An NT is a device that you need to purchase, in order to use our ISDN2 line. It is shaped and sized like a normal modem. You can connect digital phones and fax machines, and many other devices to the NT. Another type of device is the ISDN2 modem. It is also shaped and sized like a normal modem and unlike the NT, it connects all existing fixed phones, fax machines, and computers. The StarHub NT is the Lucent NT, while the StarHub ISDN2 modem is the market familiar Eicon Diva modem.
