An LBA kit is a series of professional debt recovery demand letters which are customised for your debt, addressed to your debtor and are printed out fully signed on Phoenix Collections letterhead from your own printer. Each LBA kit entitles you to use our automated debtor control system which manages your outstanding debts and reminds you when further action needs to be taken.
