What is an Italian SIM Card?

0

A SIM card, Italian or otherwise, is a small chip that fits into unlocked GSM phones giving you a number and service. SIM stands for “Subscriber Identity Module” which basically means that all of the services from the provider are imbedded directly on the card. As long as your phone is unlocked and has the 900/1800 GSM bands (ask your current provider), you can use an Italian SIM card with your phone.
