Irrigation – supply(transport) farmland with water by building ditches and pipes etc….. also defined as…. artificial application of water to assist in the growth of crops and pastures. There are 2 types: 1) – Flood irrigation & 2) – Sprinkler irrigation delivery of surface-sourced or ground-sourced water to crops! These are usually used in Southeast Asian countries today! for example, India, Thailand, Java, China, and some islands around that area. Sometimes, sprinklers used in lawns could also be classified as “irrigation” Hope it helped!
