What is an Intrusion Alarm?
An Intrusion Alarm, which can also be referred to as a Burglary Alarm, advises the Emergency Response Centre that a protected area or device have been activated. For example, if your front door has a sensor and the system is armed, if the front door is opened and a disarm code has not been entered into the keypad within the required amount of time, then the intrusion alarm is sent to our Emergency Response Centre.
