Students who do not have a required minor may choose to do an interdisciplinary minor. Requirements for this minor include eighteen hours with at least nine hours in one discipline, selected by the student or recommended by the major department. Credit hours that are used by a student to fulfill the requirements of the university core curriculum cannot be used by that same student to fulfill the requirements of the interdisciplinary minor unless approved by the curriculum committee.
