What is an Integrated Community Sustainability Plan (ICSP)?
An ICSP is a plan that a municipality uses to balance and integrate economic development with environmental, social, and cultural values. Some cities choose to have an ICSP that is separate from their MDP. The City of Lethbridge has chosen to integrate sustainability principles into every aspect of our MDP.
