An incomplete grade “I” may be given by an instructor only when a student is unable to complete class work because of illness or other legitimate reason and, in the opinion of the instructor, the student can complete the necessary course requirements without reregistering for the course. The student has one semester (not including summer) to make up the incomplete grade.
