What is an illegal housing practice under the new law?
Acts of prejudice, intolerance, bigotry, and discrimination that deny a person the opportunity to sell, purchase or lease, rent, or obtain financing for the purchase or lease of housing accommodations because of actual or perceived race, creed, color, gender, disability, age, religion, source of income, sexual orientation, familial status, marital status, ethnicity or national origin are illegal.
