What is an ideal open source CRM solution for a small firm?
What is an ideal open source CRM you would recommend for a small firm. We are a 25 people strong team with sales at various locations and by various individuals within the team. Currently we are tracking sales activity (prospecting to closure) using Excel and a networked file folder for all the collateral we generate. While Sales Force is a great example, we don’t want to commit to an expense before testing the waters with a CRM solution. Oh yes, we also a mixed bag of technical skills and Mac/PC.
