What is an IconProcess Plug-in?
An IconProcess Plug-in is a set of documented role and staffing recommendations, activity and artifact descriptions, and templates. (Some artifacts such as prototypes have no templates.) Each process extension covers a specific aspect of the web development process (e.g., usability testing, user research, information architecture, online marketing).
