What is an FSP?
FSP stands for Full Service Partnership. It is an arrangement between consumers and the County of Tulare in which the County assumes responsibility in order to ensure that a consumer receives services to assist with obtaining a successful plan of recovery. Furthermore, the county will partner with educators, providers, faith-based, and community based organizations to provide meaningful programs which assist with a consumers successful transition back into community living.
