What is an Exhibitor Services Manual?
An Exhibitor Services Manual is created for each event. It includes information specific to the event you are participating in, such as show hours, show colors, exhibitor move-in and move-out times, as well as policies and procedures of the facility. In addition, many options are offered, such as material handling and freight services, additional furniture and accessories for your booth, custom signs and banners, labor to assist with the installation and dismantling of your booth, and much more. In most circumstances, you will also find forms to order electrical, telephone and other utilities. Please keep this manual with you during the show and always have a copy of what you ordered when you’re at show site.
