Opposite to the non exclusive property localization agreement, in an exclusive property localization agreement, only one real estate company (i.e. Appavi.com) is responsible for localizing and pointing out a property to a candidate buyer or renter. Exclusive property localization agreements are valid for six months. The candidate buyer or renter reserves the right of cancelling or renewing the agreement at anytime. See also services & fees.
