What is an e‑ticket and how do I use it?

An e‑ticket (electronic ticket) is a one-page paper voucher that you print at the time of purchase or later by accessing the e‑ticket attached to your e-mailed order receipt. (At check out, you also have the option to have actual booklets shipped to you by UPS.) Once printed, you take the pre-paid e‑ticket to the first attraction you plan to visit and exchange it for a CityPASS booklet which contains entrance tickets to all the attractions. Exchange locations at each attraction are printed on the e‑ticket. Keep in mind that you may encounter a ticket line when exchanging your e‑ticket.
