What is an entrance fee and how does it work?

A. Because Vincentian Villa is part of Vincentian Home’s continuing care retirement community, residents have priority access to an array of additional senior services including Vincentian Personal Care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and the outpatient rehabilitation center for occupational therapy, physical therapy or speech therapy. The entrance fee is a one time payment that is 90% refundable when you leave Vincentian Villa for any reason. The 10% is used by Vincentian Villa as an investment in the community’s operating expenses and the Vincentian Home continuum of care. One half (50%) of the entrance fee is due 30 days before your expected date of occupancy. The remaining 50% of the entrance fee is due when you move in to Vincentian Villa.
