What is an End User License Agreement (EULA)?
The EULA outlines the terms and conditions of use for the software program you have acquired. For retail (Full Packaged) software, the license agreement is between Microsoft and the end customer; for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) software, the license agreement is between the PC manufacturer and the end customer.
A EULA is a legal contract between the manufacturer and/or the author and the end user of an application. The EULA details how the software can and cannot be used and any restrictions that the manufacturer imposes. For example, most EULA’s prohibit the user from sharing the software with anyone else or installing it on multiple computers.
The EULA documents the terms and conditions for using Adobe desktop software. You must agree to the terms of the EULA to install software. The EULA is provided with your software. However, you may access the EULA separately through the LWS for any product you have licensed. View Adobe product EULAs.
