What is an employers responsibility for all employees whilst driving on company business?
As an employer you need to be able to demonstrate that you have made all possible endeavours to provide and train your employees on safe driving, vehicle maintenance requirements and company policy regarding the use of a company vehicle. The employer is alos responsible for checking the the employers eligibility to drive, conduct on spot vehicle checks and safe driving compliance.
