An electronic payment draft is a draft that is electronically debited from your savings or checking account. What are your requirements? We require your most recent bank statement from your checking or savings account with direct payroll deposit, 2 most recent pay stubs or income verification form, most recent telephone bill and identification issued by the State of Hawaii (drivers license or ID card).
