An InstaBot is an instant IRC robot (bot). Most specifically an eggdrop (usually the latest stable version). There is no shell account required for an InstaBot and as a matter of fact, you don’t get access to one. You simply order it, fill in all the appropriate information, and the bot will appear on your server in your channel awaiting your command.
