What is an efficiency evaluation and action plan?
A Creative Business Concept, LLC representative will go on site and evaluate employees, resources, or the organization as whole, to determine how efficiently run each position, department, and resource is used. A report will be created to outline the current processes and suggestions to streamline will be made. An action plan will also be provided to outline in detail each step on how to make the position, department, and/or resource more efficient. This is a very popular service and has excellent results.
