What is an Educator Placement Programme?
CORE’s Educator Placement Programmes are designed to broaden the perspecitves and experiences of teachers beyond their current educational context, giving teachers an opportunity to gain new experiences that could translate into fresh and innovative appraoacches to the work they do tin their current educational evnvrionment. Teachers are placed in schools or businesseess in New Zealand form one week to a year. during this time CORE gives one on one support through facilitators and online guidance, with a particular focus on the opportunity for reflective practice. CORE has considerable experience working with local businesses and also offers and enterprise programme where teachers can experience aspects of business innovation (such as HR management, even management and finance).
