What is an editor and a publisher user account?
Editors and publishers are regular users with special rights. These rights are given by the administrator for special forums, threads or wikis. Editors can edit text other users wrote, but the changes will not be visible until a publisher accepts them. This way a group of users can work on a text (a manual for example) while one user is responsible for the published version.
