The easiest way of course is an MRI. You can use Type I or Type II scanning depending on whether or not you want to show fluid in the brain. Another possibility is a catscan however that is not a detailed. Both show in 3d and allow for rotation and inspection of the structure that has been scanned. If you actually want to make one I’d say that you should grab yourself a Netter’s Anatomy or Gray’s Anatomy book and create a paper mache as you look at the anatomical location and size of each structure. Really there is no easy way to make it yourself truth be told. But I’d go with papermache if I had to. Or perhaps a wire mesh that you can just shape into the left hemisphere and cover with drawings or pictures of each structure that would go in particular positions.
