What is an EAP and what services do they provide?
A. An EAP is an Employee Assistance Program. It is a free, confidential counseling referral service that WPI employees can use for anything from mental health counseling to financial counseling to legal counseling. It is a wonderful resource for finding solutions to problems employees may be encountering in their personal lives.
