What is an e-mail signature, and how do I add one?
A signature is a brief piece of text that can be set to end every e-mail you compose. You can create a signature under Options>Mail>Personal Information. Add the text you would like to be displayed at the end of each e-mail you compose and then place a check mark in the “Add the signature to each message you compose” box. After you save your settings this signature will be added to the bottom of each new e-mail you compose in Webmail. If you currently have a Signature Message setup in Webmail, you will need to recreate a new one after the upgrade on April 21st. Your current signature will not be retained during the upgrade process.
