If you are paying by Direct Debit or continuous credit card and your payment details are still the same as last year, for your convenience we will automatically renew your policy. You will receive your acceptance documents within five days of the renewal date to show the insurance is in place.

Our car insurance policies run for 12 months. An automatic renewal, as its name suggests, automatically renews your policy after 12 months. You’ll receive your renewal information, including your premium, well in advance of your renewal and if you’re happy with it, there is no need to do anything. If you pay by Direct Debit, we’ll continue to take the payments and if you paid by debit or credit card, we’ll take payment from the same card, unless you advise us otherwise.
