What is an audit and how do I fill one out?
An audit is a form filled out to ensure the funding your student organization received was spent in accordance with OSU funding guidelines. All money received from CSA Allocations must be audited. If your organization received funding for the previous school year, you must complete your audit before you can be approved for funding for the following school year.
