An audio + web event combines visual content displayed via the web with audio delivered through the telephone. Visual content can include any text and/or graphics that can be converted to a web file format (i.e., HTML, .jpg, .gif, etc.) and inserted into a PowerPoint presentation. Speakers can conduct web tours, share applications from their desktops and conduct polling and Q&A. In addition, speakers can use the pointer tool, highlighter and several other drawing tools to annotate the slides and can use the keyboard to add text to slides during the presentation.
