What is an Astronomy Walk?
Astronomy walks are – in most cases – scale models of the Solar System, and are not uncommon in cities and university campuses around the world. The TRU project extends the “walk through the Solar System” idea by introducing additional distance scales and by using these scales, together with signs and models, to help explain the sizes and distances of various objects in the Universe.
