What is an Associate degree Nurse?
WAC 18.79.040 FUNCTIONS OF AN ASSOCIATE DEGREE NURSE The Associate Degree Program is offered through a community college or a university. The nursing curriculum is two years in length and provides the student with a basic knowledge of the humanities and the social, physical and biological sciences. The nursing courses include related theory and practice. A registered nurse means having substantial knowledge, judgment, and skills above the level of the LPN.
